The Love Bug

Depression and the power of acceptance

Couples in love where injected with the common cold virus. What is amazing they got 4 times less the virus than ‘common people’!

The research biologist Candace. B. Perth Phd. explains in her book ‘The molecules of emotions’, that serotonin, the peptide of happiness, uses the same receptors on the entrance of a cell than the common cold viruses. This means simply, that when there is ‘happiness’ there is little space for these little nasty bugs to enter, they just die, thanks to ‘love bug’ -an overdose of love.

Now that is true prevention, statistically proven… love and hug clinics everywhere!!

Knowing by now that the vaccination against the flue viruses are only helping to a limited degree -scientifically proven 6 different reports- here we have a true alternative to the vaccination business which is costing billions to governments and people and each year:

One should create a task force to propose to governments to spread the love bug!! For healthy people and healthy government budgets!

It sounds a bit funny and futuristic, but we are talking science: the risk of the next flue could be reduced by 400% with many other positive side effects just by hugging; no vaccine could do the same!

This just shows how far we are off the right track to a natural way of living and the true recognition of the qualities of the heart. As Candace B. Perth says: ‘we are a living Pharmacology and our bodymind has basically all to heal itself….’.

The power of love and depression- an important study

Happy people have less depression!! -the happiest people 100% less!!……One Canadian research study including more than 1700 people shows the interrelation between happiness and depression. People where divided in 5 categories depending on their general state of happiness. The amazing fact is that the with each change in category the people had 20% less depression, means the most happiest people had 0 % while the 5th category had 100%…That is phenomenal and shows again the importance of love and selflove.

But what is important to note that at the same time in hardly any literature is mentioned how to achieve the inner state of happiness and what are inner signs that we are on the right way to a state of love…as mentioned before we are near illiterate when it comes to love. We are dependant on variable outer factors, but more important is here is how to create it inside – a science of the inner to create happiness?!

Acceptance, healing and science

Acceptance of what is is one of the qualities of the heart. Scientific research done by Lydia Temoshok, psychologist at the UCSF shows, that people who are in denial, do not accept and express their emotions, have a less stronger immune system, and their recovery rates from disease are slower.

Various studies like this from David Spiegel of Stanford have shown, that people having cancer who accepted and expressed their emotions improved dramatically their survival rates. *

Thanks to the research of Perth and others one knows now even how acceptance looks on a cellular level.

The Eternal Wisdom of India

When people in the West seek for the deeper meaning to Life, they make the mistake of assuming all religions are some variation of Christianity.
But the spiritual Traditions that come from India are drastically different to Judaism,
Christianity and Islam in how they practice, yet there is a common substratum that
underpins them all.

The most common assumption is that religious people believe in God.
Belief means to put your faith in something you don’t know is true.
If I ask you “do you believe the Sun exists?”
You will reply, “no! It is more than that!
I see it everyday and feel its warmth!”

The Indian traditions speak of something INTRINSIC to you and help you discover and experience this.
Yogis are not believers!
They are seeking an experience of the Divine.
They aspire to become KNOWERS of the deepest Truth of Life.
They know there is no God in the sky.

That is why I call it a wisdom tradition …. there are layers and layers to this, which may reveal themselves to you when you are sincerely seeking.
It is an organic, flowing, living river of wisdom, of seekers and finders, and of great Souls who have reached God realisation and left a message for us.

This is an experience of Life that is available to every human being, whether you are an atheist, a religious person, or simply on your own personal spiritual path.

You don’t have to believe anything.
You just have to see a different way of looking at life.

“God is the beauty and force of Life itself.
God is Mother Nature.
I am born from Mother Nature.
Mother Nature is my Mother.
God is my Mother.
Life literally physically gives birth to us.
We are made of the five elements.  Fire, Earth, Air, Water, and Space.
When we breathe, we breathe life in …. and out ….
The Whole Universe is connected to itself.
The more we realise our connection, the less problems we experience in Life.
Differences between races and religions fall away as we realise we are all just different versions of Life – in different shapes and form and sizes.
With this way of life, we and GOD are connected.
God is no longer a man with a white beard in the sky!”
– Satpal Singh on explaining the wisdom traditions of India.

A deep reverence for life takes hold, when we realise that all living things have this same God force making them alive.
With this way of looking at life, we become protectors of Life and Mother Nature.
That is why we stop praying and start praising.

It’s about spending your whole life in appreciation for what life is.
